The museum houses replicas of a dairy barn, cheese factory, creamery, butter and milk storage room, and farm kitchen and parlour; all from the 1940s.
Antique tractor and farm machinery are also housed on site.

Many original buildings from the Kawarthas have been moved to this site that forms a village in its own right.
